Pickleball Paddle Warranty Policy

Gryp Pickleball Paddles are covered by a 6 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

To begin the paddle replacement process, fill out this google form. Once the form is complete, Gryp Customer Service will reach out in 5-7 business days about the next steps.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser
  • Proof of Purchase is required (bank and credit card statements can be used)
  • Gryp may exercise the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Please note: if any of the below occurs, please still contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you.

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing
  • Failure to follow instructions on website
  • Fading graphics
  • Excessive damage to edge guard
  • Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball)
  • Purchasing from a non-authorized Gryp dealer or purchasing in used condition
  • Not being the original purchaser

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know. As long as the paddle is not damaged we will refund your money. We want you to enjoy playing with Gryp. You just have to pay shipping to return the item and we will take care of the rest. Thank you for supporting Gryp!
